This hotel is great for a short trip, very close from Sultanahmet and Haghia Sophia and others. The staff were extremely lovely and made us feel like being at home.
The room size might be a bit small, depends on what are you expecting from the room.. But honestly, for the money we paid, I was very happy of what I got.

I recently stayed at Sultanahmet hotel in Istanbul for a few days and it was fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to trams and nearby attractions. The hotel staff, especially the gentleman who manages the place, were incredibly helpful and kind. The lady who cooked for us was also very kind. I loved the view from my room and being situated in the center meant plenty of dining options were just around the corner. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Istanbul.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The beds were so soft and comfortable. After having stayed at several hotels with very hard beds I could appreciate this. The location can't be better. best breakfast buffet we had during our trip in Turkey.Staff friendly and polite. Another advantages are that Starbucks and Mc Donalds are just 1 min walk!!!, and all historical places ( we came here for that ! ) are 2 min walk !!!! We had a lot of great pics :-)))

the location was particularly good and amazing, just 5 min walk from a historic mosque. it also was very close to a mosque and a palace. we spent 4 nights in triple room. the breakfast was satisfactory with an amazing view and views of aya sophia, for instance, worth the price.

I had an unforgettable stay at a hotel in the heart of the historic city center. The location was perfect, with iconic attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia just a short walk away. The hotel had an amazing view of these landmarks, especially from the upstairs terrace. The breakfasts were delicious and varied each day, providing a great start to my mornings. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering recommendations and ensuring my safety as a solo female traveler. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and breathtaking views.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way - from the incredible view of the nearby historical landmarks during breakfast, to the helpful and friendly staff. The small but clean and interestingly arranged bathroom was a unique experience. The location in the old sector was PERFECT, with easy access to transportation. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable trip. Special thanks to the manager for her professionalism and assistance with transfer organization.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location
During my recent stay in Sultanahmet, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable accommodations at Hotel Sultanahmet. The room was small but cozy, and although there was no cupboard or place to store my belongings, the hooks on the wall were convenient for hanging up my clothes. The bathroom, although compact, had a functioning shower and toilet. While some reviews mentioned a sewer smell, I did not experience this issue during my stay.
While there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of space in the room and the small breakfast menu, I felt that these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience I had. The hotel could benefit from some updates to the furniture and decor, but this did not diminish my enjoyment of my stay.
